Can I print my digital files?

Absolutely! Your purchased digital files are high-resolution and can be printed up to poster size.

 

Will my digital files have a watermark?

No. Watermarks only appear on gallery previews and are removed from purchased digital files.

​

Do I receive a USB?

No. Your images are provided as digital downloads, giving you quick and easy access without waiting for a USB.

​

How do I download my images?

Open your Digital Downloads email and click “Please click here to download your zip file.” Your images will save to your Downloads folder.

Using an iPhone or iPad? Step-by-step instructions are included in your email.

I haven't received my download email

Please allow up to 24 hours and check your junk/spam folder first.

What's included in the Complete Gallery Download?

You'll receive all images within one child's gallery, including sibling/family images where applicable.

Group/class photos are not included in digital downloads.

For example: If your gallery contains 21 images including one group photo, your download will contain the remaining 20 images.

Is the group/class photo included digitally?

No. To protect the privacy of all children, group/class photos are not provided digitally.

They can be purchased as prints in any available size.

Can I buy a single digital image?

Yes! Individual digital images are available for $39 each, although the Complete Gallery Download offers much better value if you'd love more than a few!

 

ORDERING

How do I order a package?

From your Welcome Page, choose the package you'd like and click Buy. You'll then be prompted to select the images included in your package.

Once all required images are selected, the package will be added to your cart.

How do I order digital images?

Open your child's gallery and select any image, then:

Buy → Photo Downloads → Single Image Download or Complete Gallery Download

Remember, group/class photos are not included in digital downloads.

How do I order individual prints?

Select the image you'd like and click Buy → Photo Prints.

Choose your print size and quantity, then Add to Cart. Easy!

How do I order the group/class photo?

Group/class photos are available as prints only and can be purchased within an eligible print package or as an individual print.

​

Can I order an album?

Absolutely! Some packages already include our albums, or you can add one separately.

Select any image, then choose Albums from the product menu and add the quantity you'd like to your cart.

Our albums hold up to eight 5x7" prints.

Does one package include both of my children's photos?

Packages are generally per child, with the exception of our Sibling Package.

I've misplaced my login code

Check the original email we sent when your gallery went live.

DELIVERY FEES

How does Free Delivery work?

We offer Free Delivery to your centre for the first 14 days your gallery is open.

Orders placed after the Free Delivery period are individually packaged and posted, with a $15.80 delivery fee.

​

Can I still get Free Delivery after the deadline?

Unfortunately, no. Once the Free Delivery period closes, the $15.80 delivery fee automatically applies to all new orders.

This is the cost charged to us for individually packaging and dispatching your order.

Why do you charge postage?

We cover delivery to your centre during the initial 14-day Free Delivery period.

After this closes, orders are processed and dispatched individually, so the $15.80 fee covers the cost charged to us for packaging and postage.

DELIVERY TIMES

How long will my order take?

Free Delivery to your centre: Within 28 days after the Free Delivery period closes. Your centre will distribute orders once they arrive.

Home Delivery: Within 28 days of placing your order.

Digital Downloads: Within 24 hours via email.

I ordered during Free Delivery but want my order sent home

No problem! Email orders@averandline.com.au and we can update your invoice to include the $15.80 postage fee and send your order to print straight away.
